Caroline’s

Flash Mob

Hello Grand Rapids Flash Mobbers!

We know this is a lot of information but please read the entire email. Everything here is important and will answer most of your questions.

It means so much to us that you are joining us for this event.

Caroline is a vibrant, kind, sweet little 9 year old girl (she just had a birthday). Her character traits do “not fall far from the tree” as her parents and 3 brothers are the kindest, most giving individuals you could meet. They are that loving family you feel honored to know.

Several weeks ago, (then 8 years old), Caroline’s parent’s noticed her face drooping and her speech starting to slur out of the nowhere. They decided to taker her into the ER, only to find out less than 24 hours later that an inoperable brain tumor was the culprit.

The cancer is called DIPG and mainly affects children. The survival rate is zero percent. While we don’t know for certain how much time is left, this is a very aggressive, fast moving disease, so time is of the essence.

Let’s put a smile on Caroline and her family’s faces, and spread joy through dance!
All ages welcome, and no dance experience necessary!

We have a good group registered, but we really need each and every one of you to show up on Saturday. We normally don’t beg for this kind of help, but this is a very unique situation and we want to make this moment amazing!! Please post and tweet the registration link and get your friends and family to join us!
