Fila Flash Mob Shakes Up the BNP Paribas Open!

Over the weekend, the crowds at the BNP Paribas Open were given quite the show when Fila surprised the masses of people just before the Nadal Federer face-off took place, with a 250 person Flash Mob, the first ever at a tennis tournament.

Fila, the BNP Paribas Open & Flash Mob America orchestrated a Flash Mob between the men’s semi-finals at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, California.

This is a historic event since a Flash Mob has never been attempted at a professional tennis event. Dancers wore shirts and accessories inspired by the looks worn by Fila’s iconic sponsored athletes from the 1970’s while ball kids, linesmen, volunteers and suite hostesses also joined in on the dance.
